Welcome to BITIYA EDUCATION! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our coaching services and website. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to accept these terms and conditions in full.

1. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is granted based on the availability of seats and meeting the eligibility criteria for the respective course.
• BITIYA EDUCATION reserves the right to cancel admission if any student is found providing false information or documents.

2. Fees & Refund Policy

• Fees once paid are generally non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances, unless specifically stated otherwise in writing by the management.
• Installments (if applicable) must be paid on or before the due date to avoid late fees or suspension of classes.

3. Student Conduct & Discipline

To maintain a productive learning environment, we expect all students to adhere to the following code of conduct:

• Students must maintain 75% attendance to be eligible for tests and special sessions.
• Use of mobile phones during class hours is strictly prohibited unless allowed for educational purposes.
• Any form of ragging, bullying, or misconduct within the premises of Begusarai center will lead to immediate expulsion.

4. Intellectual Property

All study materials, test papers, and online content provided by BITIYA EDUCATION are proprietary. Students are not permitted to copy, distribute, or sell these materials to third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best education, BITIYA EDUCATION does not guarantee specific results (ranks/marks) as they depend on the student's individual effort and performance.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Students and parents will be notified of significant changes via email or notice board.
